We take your privacy seriously. Not in a boring way. In a “we won’t sell your email for a cheese sandwich” kind of way.

1. What We Collect

When you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

  • Your name, email, and shipping address

  • Payment info (via secure third-party processor)

  • Your suggestion for a prank, if you share one (thank you, by the way)

We do not store your payment data. We are pranksters, not hackers.

2. What We Do With It

We use your info to:

  • Send your prank gift

  • Email you tracking info or a delightfully unhinged newsletter

  • Improve our site and avoid sending Mystery Turds to the wrong address

3. Cookies (The Internet Kind)

We use cookies to make our site run better and track general traffic. Not the kind you eat. Sadly.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Shopify, Google Analytics, and our email service provider to help us operate. They collect basic, anonymized info. No stalking. No selling. No nonsense (besides our own).

5. Unsubscribe Anytime

We send silly emails, but we get it—some inboxes need peace. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click. No guilt.

6. Data Requests

Want to know what we know? Email us at support@sendnonsense.com and we’ll send you your data. Want us to delete it? We’ll do that too. No drama.

7. Children

Our site isn’t intended for kids under 13. Our products are probably going to be mailed to adults acting like kids anyway.

State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA and Similar Laws)

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah, you have special rights under state privacy laws. Here's what that means for you:

1. Right to Know

You can request a summary of:

  • What personal information we’ve collected about you

  • Where we got it

  • Why we collected it

  • Who we’ve shared it with (spoiler: it’s usually just our service providers)

2. Right to Delete

You can ask us to delete the personal information we’ve collected about you. Unless we need it for things like order fulfillment, tax reporting, or running our business, we’ll make it disappear.

3. Right to Correct

If we have something wrong (like a misspelled name or wrong shipping address), let us know. We’ll fix it.

4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing

We don’t sell your personal data. Never have, never will. If that ever changes (it won’t), we’ll give you a clear opt-out.

5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Info

We don’t collect or use sensitive info like your Social Security number or biometric data. We’re pranksters, not creeps.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Send us an email at support@sendnonsense.com with the subject line: Privacy Request. We may ask you to verify your identity (just to make sure you're really you and not your prank target). You can also have an authorized agent make the request for you — but we’ll still need some confirmation.

California “Shine the Light” Law

If you're a California resident, you may request a list of third parties to whom we disclosed your personal information for marketing purposes during the past year. Good news: we haven’t.
