Are these gag gifts safe?
Yep. Foam bricks, real soap, normal candles, fake turds — nothing hazardous. Just emotionally questionable.

Can I return a prank gift?
Nope. All sales are final — no take-backs on Mystery Turds, Emotional Support Bricks, or anything else designed to mildly traumatize.
BUT… if something shows up broken, missing, email us at support@sendnonsense.com and we’ll fix it. We’re pranksters, not monsters.

Can I order a custom gag gift?
Maybe. If you’ve got a ridiculous idea we haven’t thought of yet, send it to us at support@sendnonsense.com. We can’t promise we’ll make it — but if it’s funny enough (and shippable), it just might end up in our lineup.

What if they get mad?
Then congratulations — you nailed it. 

Will they know I sent them the prank?
Not unless you want them to. Stay anonymous or add the optional “Reveal in 3 Days” upgrade. Not available for all products.

Can I order multiple pranks in one cart and add multiple reveals?
Not yet! Each order can only include one “Reveal in 3 Days” upgrade. If you’re planning multiple reveals (you little overachiever), you’ll need to place separate orders for each prank.

How fast do you ship the pranks?
Fast enough for regret, slow enough for suspense. You’ll get tracking either way.

Can I customize the message for my prank?
Not yet—but we love where your mischievous brain is headed. Custom notes are on the to-do list for next year, so stay tuned for that next-level chaos.

Do you deliver gag gifts internationally?
Nope — we only ship within the U.S. Our nonsense doesn’t travel internationally (yet), but there’s still plenty to laugh about stateside.
